CYRENE at the 2nd ECSCI Workshop on Critical Infrastructure Protection
Pro. Nineta Polemi, external advisor of CYRENE’s partner Focal Point participated in the 2nd ECSCI Workshop on Critical Infrastructure Protection. ECSCI is a virtual workshop, that gathers interdisciplinary professional communities to debate the protection and resilience of critical infrastructures in different domains.
The workshop program included remarks from DG Migration and Home Affairs, D2 Counter-Terrorism, DG CNECT Unit H.2, Cybersecurity and Digital Privacy Policy, and DG Migration and Home Affairs Unit B4 – Innovation and Security Research. Also, keynote speakers from ENIS, JRC, and ECSO were invited to the workshop. The workshop was held virtually on April 27-29, 2022.
Prof. Polemi was invited to a panel discussion at this event and mentioned the work being done in CYRENE in terms of the development of a methodology and solution for supply chain risk and conformity assessment.
