CYRENE attended ENISA Cybersecurity Standardisation Conference
The European Standards Organizations CEN, CENELEC and ETSI, have joined forces with ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity in a virtual Cybersecurity Standardization Conference on ‘European Standardization in support of the EU Cybersecurity Act’, with dedicated sessions on the Radio Equipment Directive (RED), the Consumer Internet of Things (CIoT) and 5G among others.
The conference took place at the beginning of the month (Feruary the 2nd) and aimed to foster the dialogue among policy makers, industry, research, standardization organizations, certification organizations and those involved in the development of the ICT certification framework in Europe, in view of an effective implementation of the Cybersecurity Act. It attracted over 2300 experts registered for this event.
CYRENE was also represented among the experts and gained valuable insights to be leveraged and taken into consideration into the design of our solution.
